Our Services may be delivered through our website and through third-party technology providers.
These providers may include website hosting and design platforms, funnel and customer relationship management systems, payment processors, email providers, video and podcast platforms, social-media services, artificial intelligence providers, and other technology necessary to operate our business.

When a tool permits this information, we encourage you to describe the child's experience in ordinary, functional language whenever possible.

5. Meet My Child Snapshot Builder
The Meet My Child Snapshot Builder is an AI-assisted tool designed to help parents, guardians, caregivers, and other adults organize what they already know about a child into useful language that may be shared with educators.
The Builder is not intended for children to use independently.
Browser Storage
The Builder does not currently create a user account or save parent answers or generated responses to a persistent application database.
During use, answers and generated responses are temporarily maintained using the browser's sessionStorage.
The Builder does not currently use localStorage to store parent answers or generated responses.
Refreshing the same browser tab may preserve the session.
Selecting Start Over removes the Builder's stored session data and clears its application state.
Closing a tab normally ends that browser-tab session. However, browsers may sometimes restore sessionStorage through features such as reopening closed tabs, crash recovery, session restoration, duplicated tabs, or mobile-browser behavior.
Accordingly, we do not promise that closing a tab constitutes permanent deletion from every device or browser environment.
Before leaving the Builder, copy or save anything you want to keep.
Artificial Intelligence Processing
When you use the Builder's AI functionality, the words you enter are transmitted from the application to a server function and through Lovable's AI Gateway to a currently configured Google Gemini artificial intelligence model.
Your input must be processed by these providers for the AI-generated wording to be created.
Although the Builder itself does not intentionally save your answers to an account or application database, this does not mean that information is never processed or logged outside the Builder.
Hosting and infrastructure providers may maintain standard technical logs, which can include information such as IP address, request time, browser or user-agent information, and requested routes.
Lovable's AI infrastructure may maintain operational, usage, security, abuse-prevention, or billing information according to its applicable practices.
Google receives the prompt information necessary to generate the requested response and processes information according to its applicable policies and terms.
Provider-side processing and retention practices are outside our direct control.
Information is transmitted using standard encrypted HTTPS/TLS connections.
What You Should Enter
You may describe your child's disability, neurodivergence, learning differences, strengths, needs, behaviors, communication, sensory experiences, challenges, interests, and supports in ordinary language.
For example, describing that your child is autistic and becomes overwhelmed in loud environments is substantially different from uploading an entire diagnostic evaluation or medical record.
Please do not use the Builder as a repository for confidential educational or medical records.
AI Limitations
AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, inappropriate, or inconsistent.
You are responsible for reviewing generated wording before using or sharing it.
The Builder does not diagnose conditions, conduct evaluations, provide therapy, provide medical advice, provide legal advice, determine special-education eligibility, create an IEP, or replace qualified professionals.
It should not be used for emergencies or urgent medical or mental-health situations.
6. Information Collected Automatically
When you access our websites or Services, we and our technology providers may automatically receive technical information associated with your visit.
Depending on the technologies currently implemented, this may include:

browser type;

referring pages;
pages visited;

We may add, remove, or replace providers as our business evolves.

These may include platforms used to research topics, organize ideas, record or edit content, create educational materials, transcribe recordings, produce podcasts or videos, and assist with other business functions.
Use of these technologies does not mean that we intentionally submit customer or subscriber confidential information to them.
Where practical, we seek to minimize or remove unnecessary identifying information before using third-party technology in connection with business operations or content development.
